I'VE SPENT MY CAREER
TRYING TO MAKE
COMPLICATED THINGS WORK.
I work with senior executives in smaller and mid-sized firms who need to turn complex change into a clear, deliverable programme.
I bring senior programme-management capability to situations where delivery matters more than administration, process theatre or box-ticking.
During the last 20 years, including at McKinsey and Deutsche Bank, I have worked across Risk, Anti-Financial Crime, trading unwind, startup deployment, technology portfolios, regulatory change and complex business de-mergers.
The common thread is making difficult work deliverable: clarifying the outcome, reducing complexity, exposing dependencies, setting up practical governance and keeping attention on what needs to happen next.
Now I work independently.
Sometimes as a coach.
Sometimes as a mentor.
And sometimes I step in and run the thing.
I am at my best where a senior sponsor needs clear thinking, delivery focus and someone who can bridge business, operations, technology and support teams.
THE OBJECTIVE IS NOT TO STAY AROUND.
IT IS TO MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL WITHOUT ME.

HAVE A DIFFICULT PROGRAMME PROBLEM?
Let's talk about it.
No sales presentation. No commitment. Just an open conversation about what's happening and whether I can help.
